Meridian Health's network of 400+ clinics ran on a patchwork of legacy scheduling systems that didn't share data, causing duplicate records and missed appointments across their referral network.
We built a unified patient engagement platform on a HIPAA-compliant GraphQL API layer, with a phased migration strategy that let each clinic move over without disrupting live scheduling. A shared patient record system replaced the fragmented per-clinic databases.
